Q. How do I know I am experiencing Hypnosis?
A. You will feel great. It’s a natural state and feels very similar to day dreaming or that feeling you get when you are moments away from sleep. People experience varying degrees of Hypnosis (Relaxation)

Q. How do you hypnotize people?
A. Simply using a soft voice, mental imagery and various exercises and deep breathing techniques that induce a pleasant and very relaxed state

Q. How much will I remember?
A. You can expect to remember everything you need to remember about the session, thoughts, feelings, experiences. However, sometimes it may not be obvious initially depending on how much information has been received. The process can take days, weeks or months.

Q. How do I know I can be hypnotized?
A.Everyone can experience hypnosis if they are willing to do it. If you want to do it, you will. The Client is always in control, nothing can be forced. There is a small minority of people that are resistant.

Q. Can hypnosis be dangerous?
A. Hypnosis can only be used in a positive way. If anyone were to give you suggestions against what you want you would instantly emerge from the state of relaxation. The client is always in control

Q. How soon will I experience the benefits from hypnosis?
A. How quickly do you want to? If you are committed and motivated to achieve results there are no reasons why you won’t feel the benefits immediately. It’s all about what you want to happen.

Q. Can I just be hypnotized and fixed?
A. Hypnosis is NOT a magic pill. Sorry! It does require a full consultation and a commitment to achieve the best results.

Q. How many sessions will I need?
A. This is impossible to answer, everybody is different. It depends on your motivation and how quickly you want to make the changes. Some clients just have one session and find that’s all they need. Other clients prefer to have a few top up sessions. The sessions are all bespoke, specifically designed to fulfill your needs.
